Corporate First Gaia is a multifunctional building that integrates the B&B Porto Gaia hotel unit and an office building, providing a dynamic and flexible environment for different needs.
B&B HOTEL Porto Gaia, with 210 rooms and 420 beds spread across 11 floors, is a contemporary hotel designed to meet the growing demand for both tourism and business accommodation. The building also includes a private parking area with a capacity for 63 vehicles, ensuring greater convenience for users.
On the west side of Corporate First Gaia is SITIO Gaia, a coworking space occupying part of the building, designed for companies of all sizes. Spread over 9 floors, it offers 370 workstations across 30 offices, with capacities ranging from 4 to 50 seats, along with shared areas, social spaces, decks, and meeting rooms. Its flexibility and adaptability make it an ideal space for businesses from various sectors and sizes.
This project is more than a construction; it is an innovative urban space that merges sustainability, efficiency, and innovation to create a functional, modern, and future-ready environment.
