The hotel incorporates the CREE Buildings system, using pre-fabricated hybrid components such as roof panels, facades, and pillars, combining wood and concrete. This approach significantly reduces material waste, minimizes noise pollution, and lowers the carbon footprint of construction by over 60% compared to traditional methods.
Assembled in just 14 days, the building was constructed like a “puzzle”, highlighting the speed and efficiency of the process.
